NO FLOUR NO SUGAR CHOC CHIP COOKIE RECIPE
Ingredients: 2 cups raw cashews, 1/2 cup monk fruit sugar, 1 tablespoons baking powder, one egg, 2 squares of 100% dark organic origin cacao chocolate.
Method: Pre heat oven to 160.c fan forced and line a tray with baking paper. Place nuts and sugar in a food processor with baking powder and blend until flour consistency. Mix through an egg and press with your fingers. Add broken choc chips and roll into balls and press flat on tray. Bake for 20 min or until golden!
